AT&M the 2nd generation power transformer cores are made of Antainano® ribbons with thickness of approx. 24μm. It takes the advantage of low core loss at high frequencies and can successfully work at frequency range of 20~50KHz.
Comparing with the 1st generation products, the core loss of the 2nd generation is lower and the volume is smaller under the same working conditions. The 2nd generation power transformer cores can meet the development requirements of miniaturization, lightness and high efficiency in power supplies industry.
