The SUNTRON YDR-D series, a new generation of Re-reeling and Doctor Machine,

is excellent for quality inspection and re-reeling operation for poor tension

or edge products. It is well design and manufactured for maximum operation convenience and integration fine features, such as:
Electrostatic remover combined with electrostatic roller provides fully electrostatic free operation, and creates superior production results.
PLC controller provides user friendly operation control.
Advanced man-machine interface gives maximum operation convenience.
Especially suited for quality inspection.
Built with Edge position controller (EPC).
Automatic tension control on reminder.
Both forward and reverse running on rewinding/unwinding. Rewind and unwind

are interchangeable.
Memory function on stop position and auto reverse to position with printing defects at once.
Tension detector can quickly reflect the unbalance of tension and the defect of proper circle on material.
Linear bearings provides high position exactitude.
