We 100% QC on main Body thread and Nut internal thread to make sure right fit on both thread to get enough tong. Our sister company Runner can provide us stamping parts with different kind of finish like Electroplating, PVD. Runner has own equipment to do power coating, Chrome plating even PVD.

Stamping, Electroplating, PVD, Powder Coating.

We are able to meet SC1 to SC5 surface conditions according to ASTM B604 standard.

Physical vapor deposition (PVD) provides a hard coating resistant to wear, corrosion and discoloration. It is an environmentally friendly technique. The current production capacity of PVD is about 4,500 M2 per month. Second PVD chamber will be ready early 2005.

Ningbo runner has three powder coating lines. The lines are well designed and equipped with Robot Arms. With strict requirement to our material suppliers, environment, process control, and product inspection, we provide our customers with good quality finish.
