Plastic Ingection Mold - Tote Box & Tray Molds
Gateway has been built many molds for handling products like containers, Trays, Bins Beer, Crate pallet and some other big tools.
The biggest tool we made was mold weight to 24 tons with 16 drops hot runner.
Hot runner is need to fill big parts and get runner balance. Offer mold flow analysis to get right gate position and make sure to fill the part.
Right mold construction to stand the injection pressure Need max cooling to get good cycle time. Beryllium molding surface or at the hot spot / thin steel is important to get good cycle time Balance cooling is key to prevent part with deformed.
