Company logo & art-work printing:

Company logo can be printed and customized as per customers design and specification. Of course, your own designs, labels, trade marks and other specifications are cordially welcome for all our products. We can do any logo/design printing upto 12 color printings with our latest 4 color off-set printing techenique. For screen printing logos on the bags we require a full size artwork of the design to be printed.

Color:

Fabrics are dyed with fast color and on request Azo-Free fast color can also be done. Colors shade may vary slightly due to nature of Jute Fabric. But uniformity of shades for every order is ensured. Print colors can be matched as per the Pantone shade card specifications. A color variation of 5% in the matching of shades is a possibility.

Ordering Process:

Minimum Order: US$2000.00; Normally our prices includes lamination inside of each bag for water resistance. In dyed jute fabric, there is no extra charge for using any 2 colors of jute. e.g. Front and back in off white or natural and the gussets (sides) in any other color, say blue.

Printing: Normally Prices are for 4 colors printing per side with a maximum of 35% ink coverage.

Screen Plates: $ 8.per plate per color on orders of 2,000 bags or less. For orders more than 2,000 NO charge.

Eyelets (Cotton String Style): Select brass or aluminum eyelets.

Extra Accessories: Like additional shoulder strap, pocket or zipper closure, special color/ink please call for custom quotation.

Artwork: All artwork must be camera-ready and to size.
