Features:

High Production - It takes advantage of the intermittent motion theory to assemble the screw with the plastic strap and cut up it by a certain length. The conveyor carries the product to the stand-by location for packaging.
Safety - It equips with the safety movement and sensor on the assembling point to protect the operator and machine from damage.
Smart - The sensors on feeding and assembling point tell the machine to stop automatically while it runs out of the screws or straps.
