Many clients think that PU materail will hydrolyze, therefore we has been doing a deep reserch on the hydrolysis resistance technology through improving our material formula to solve this problem for 30 years since our company’s establishment. Now, we have reduced the hydrolysis of PU soles in a large degree, which makes our high-quality soles strong, hardwearing and enviromental friendly as well. In February 2009, we received H2R-2 material test reports form SATRA. SATRA’s comments is as below:
In the hydrolysis resistance tests the tensil strength retension is good after 14 days ageing. The srorage shelf life is therefore predicted to be in excess of 4 years in a temperate climate, or two years in a tropical climate.This material is considered very suitable for ordinary every grade outsoles and could aslo be suitable for industrial grade outsoles.
