PP-RC Stabi Pipe with Aluminum

1.The Characteristics:
The PP-RC Stabi Pipe with Aluminum is a new kind of pipe whose inner layer is coated by an anti-Creep layer, the outer layer is coated by PP-RC or PE as protection, and
combined by hot-melt glue between layers. It has following advantages:
1) 2/3 ~ 4/5 lower coefficient of thermal expansion than common pipe, better ant creep, same strength as metal pipe, nice installation, good stability.
2) High pressure resistance, high shock resistance.
3) UV-resistance, long service life.
4) A healthy environmental protection product (health, no chemical reaction, no oxidation, accordance with GB/T17219-1998 Standard) is suitable to be applied in food industry and drinking-water supply.
5) Capability to be buried under ground and to be detected by metal detector.
6) All advantages of common PP-RC pipe.

2.Fields of Application:
1) Pipes for heating installation, snow-melting devices.
2) Pipes for solar heating and cooling system.
3) Pipes for hot-water circulation system.
4) All the fields of PP-RC applied.

Installation guide
1) Before starting the fusion, check if the aluminum-PPRC composite layer has been completely removed.
2) Only use DONSEN-original peeling tools with undamaged peeling blades. Blunt peeling blades have to be replaced with original ones. It will be necessary to make trial peeling to check the correct setting of the new blade.
3) Push the end of the stabi PPRC-AI pate into the guide of the peeling tool.
4) Peel the plastic-layer and aluminum foil. The heating time starts when pipe and fitting have been pushed to the correct welding depth on the welding tool. After the stipulated heating time quickly remove pipe and fitting from the welding tools. Join them immediately, after the cooling period the fused joint is ready for use. The fitting is the same as PP-RC fitting.
