Compact Metal Industries Sdn Bhd is located in Tampoi, Johor. The main activities which utilizes the 74,500 square feet of factory space is architectural and industrial coatings which include fluorocarbon coating (Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 resin based), Acrylic coating and powder coating (Polyester or Epoxy). The coating facilities consist of two multi-stage paint lines which include pre-treatment tanks with a dry-off oven, water washed spray booths, multi-cartridge powder spray booths, modulated LPG fired curing ovens with automated overhead conveyor, and automatic, electrostatic and reciprocating wet spray/powder guns. The state-of-the-art coating lines were designed to cater for extrusions lengths of up to 7 meters and able to achieve a daily production of 1,200 square meters of coating area. Being a high performance architectural spray coater, Compact is now a member of ASCA, USA (Architectural Spray Coaters Association) and approved applicator of DNT Singapore, Kansai Singapore, Dulux ICI Australia, Valspar USA and Oxyplast Powder, Singapore.
