| 1973 | Established under the name WULI Industrial Association, the company began manufacturing power sprayers. |
| 1981 | Renamed WULI Agriculture Machine Co. Ltd., began exporting abroad. |
| 1985 | Developed patents for auto-pressure release control power sprayers and non-grease power sprayers. Began co-developing products with Kioritz Co. of Japan. |
| 1988 | Manufactured and globally distributed micro-spraying and irrigation products. |
| 1991 | Produced industrial high-pressure cleaner power sprayers with ceramic pistons and plungers for the Japanese market. |
| 1995 | Increased pressure cleaner product line. |
| 1998 | Awarded the Prize of Small & Medium Enterprise Innovative Research by the Small & Medium Enterprise Foundation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Obtained ISO 9002 certification. |
| 1999 | Obtained ISO 9001 certification. Established a second factory in Suzhou, China for increased power sprayer production. |
| 2002 | Expanded Chinese factory to meet production demands. |
| 2003 | Established Wuli Agricultural & Forestry Machinery Science & Technology Co. in Suzhou China |
| 2005 | Developed fogging system to provide customers with a complete range of misting solutions. |
| 2006 | Obtained CE certification. |
| 2007 | Developing new misting pipe line system. |
| 2007 | WM-1001-6 launched for DIY misting market. |
| 2007 | Awarded the Prize of Small & Medium Enterprise Innovative Research by the Small & Medium Enterprise Foundation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. |
