- According to customer required WADO Design and manufactures stand-alone machines up to fully automatic production line.
- From the stack selection and shaft placing machine → end fiber placing → slot insulation → commutator placing → double flyer winding → commutator fusing → wedge placing → commutator turning → testing → balancing machine (offer by other factory.) The particular armature required can be offered. EX. Ball bearing placing.
- Each machine can fast tooling change.
- Armature conveyor : Ptich conveyor or Free flow pallet conveyor.
