    • Computerized control system:
      • Model TAYA 730: The construction of SCADA, IPC, PLC and MMI soft ware control and monitoring system not only becomes the machinery design trend but also provides precise operation and records protection. (To reduce mis-operation and unnecessary waste). Thanks to computers the operating conditions such as actual works, alarm, unusual and history will be shown on monitor.
    • Digital control system:
      • Model TAYA 720: This digital control system which composed by PLC and MMI can keep digital operation as well as plan simple function. Such flexible plan and application can be the foundation for factory expanding and turn-key project. Moreover, 720 model provides precise control function and digital operation which improves the control system from traditional to hi-tec process.
    • Panel operation system:
      • Model TAYA 710: Simple and economic type of operation system which maintain PLC planning. This model provides more options for users in considering quality and economy.

    Features:

    • Automatic Machine Head
      • Machine take-up: Tension value set on MMI >> tension sensing >> programming control >> feedback system driving vector motor indicate setting and actual value on MMI.
      • Monitor operation and control: The MMI monitor shows actual conditions of each section. Users can set, rectify, get, and memorize numbers on MMI as well. It also connects the intranet for close or remote monitor control and maintenance.
      • Speed setting: shows total yarn length, speed, meter / piece, length and auto full yardage stop device.
      • Yarn dividing reed: The zigzag reed is moving horizontally and vertically with small motor. It's button which controls direction and open-close can also adjusts margin and flatness.
      • Equipped with pneumatic beam for upload / download, clamp / withdraw. Small sliding seat driven by motors, moving individually or bilaterally with beam winding / rewinding. The device is suitable for various kind of weaving beams which different width or yam kinds can be used.
      • Slow speed setting: The speed setting of sizing device is 1.0 m/min, which keeps the beam from sizing stuffs sticks.
      • Motor driven main guiding roller: Featuring with anti-pressure and flexibility. The pneumatic and chromate treatment roller provides side pressing, upper pressing, and pressing functions.
      • Operation panel located in both left and right hand side. There is one safety cover with operation buttons for easy control and safety.

    • Yarn Dividing

      • Drying cylinders equipped with tension adjusting device. It is driving by motors without shaft. The logic control feedback system and auto yarn tension control keeps the machine tension stable.
    • Sizing Device
      • Single or double size box for options according to requirements.
      • Double layers temperature-contain size box, equipped with auto size level adjustment and auto size material supply system.
      • Auto size level circulating device with filtering device.
      • Immersing roller covered with anti-high temperature rubber. Roller features side yarn pressing with electric lifting.
      • Double dipping and pressing rollers, the pressure varies according to velocity. There are also triple dipping and pressing rollers for option.
      • Two stainless rollers equipped in each trough with leak-proof blow device.
      • Motor driving transmission without shaft. The inspect feedback system and software programming treatment automatic controls elongation steady.
      • Elongation can be shown & set on MMI screen.
    • The New Technique of Size Prewetting System:
      • Simple configuration, high rewards of investment.
      • The high size cooking density with low sizing rate can save the cost of size stuff and related resources. Size consumption can be reduced up to 30% compared with conventional sizing as the prewetting system is used as standard.
      • Because of the better size and fiber adhesion, the prewetting wets the threads with water. With the prewet-sizing system, not only the outer surface of the thread is wetted with size but also the core of the thread is already soaked with water. The outstanding sizing performance has effective the weaving process. After process optimization, the perfect sizing effects with minimum loss of stretch. Other advantages:
        • The flat & smooth yarn surface lowered the frictions between yarns.
        • Better endurance against friction. (High requirements especially for high density weaving materials.)
        • Less hairiness, no effect on weaving efficiency.
        • Clear yarn heads, no involution between yams.
      • Simple operation, good accessibility.
      • To save the cost of sizing stuff, most of medium to high-density fabrics are applied to single size box prewet-sizing system. Because of the compact design, the prewet-sizing system can be retrofitted in any existing range. With same space requirement as for conventional size boxes.
      • Due to the perfect sizing rate, certain requirements for desizing and scouring has decreased in dyeing-finishing procedure. Therefore, stretch and waste water costs can be lowered.
      • If the threads are to be sized using the conventional method, the prewetting unit is used only as a feed unit with no change in the warp passage. The new concept ensures optimum sizing with perfect warp guidance. It produces higher efficiency during weaving after process optimization. Users will find yarns become softer in the process of weaving. Therefore, the touch of fabrics is more lasting than conventional weaved cloths.
      • The dipping and twist-pressing procedure of warp yarn sheet requires good circulation and filtering equipment to keep dust, fiber wax, oil, impurities and furs from twisting into dipping and twist-pressing tank.
    • Beam Rack
      • Horizontal, slope and H-type beam rack for alternations.
      • Pneumatic type beam with bilateral driving device, which works with machine take-up networking system through E/P transmission. The main function is to provide precise yarn rewinding speed automatically.
      • Users can set desired rewinding tension upon different yarn kind. Numbers are easy to get from memory.
