- The rubber feed rolls are spring loaded to give zero crush on the board.
- The required size of the side guides is preset, they are linked together and set from the central. Fine adjustment can be made by pressing the button on the control panel.
- The pre-set distance of the kicker plate and rear check plate are synchronized. Fine adjustment can be made by pressing the button on the control panel.
- The feed unit has a suction assist system. Suction can adjusted to accommodate different types of warped board.
- Also featured is a skip feed function to increase the blank size feed into the machine.
