Sealing & Cutting Machine
1. The jumbo film stands can load two film rolls (dia.) up to 1000mm, equipped with motorized film rolls up - lifting systems, air shafts, brake wheels and dancing rollers systems.
2. The Germany made "sick" brand mark sensors are all with "alarm" function, so if print registration is out 3 pcs. the machine will stop automatically to avoid poor quality bags.
3. All the temperature controllers are with "alarm" functions, so if the real temperature is 20 degrees different from the pre - set temperature, the machine will stop automatically to avoid any sealing problem.
4. Using Japan and Germany made servo drive system.
5. The production procedures are controlled by "servo controller (motion control system)" which is with built - in functions of "length setting", "speed setting", "cam positioning", "counting", "trouble display"...etc.
6. For produce your required bags length, just to key - in your required bags length to "servo controller (motion control system)", the machine will be able to make your required bags length automatically, don't need any manual adjustment.
7. The "no tension sealing & hot cutting systems" are equipped with extra "electrode" heating to achieve very smoothly cutting during the machine's high speed operation.
8. Using "bar system with auxiliary cooling air stream" design & movable stacking system for cooling the sealed bags, suitable for thick & thin gauge t - shirt bags making.
9. The in-line automatic punching unit is with pneumatic & hydraulic cylinders to punch out the handles of t-shirt bags smoothly.
10. The full set in-line automatic punching unit is movable, so if you want to do the maintenance of the machine's main unit, you can move out the punching unit to achieve easy maintenance.
