2. The main motor is ac motor, its speed is controlled by Japan made "yaskawa" brand inverter.
3. Pneumatic lifting system for plate cylinders.
4. Using needle bearing on plate cylinders.
5. Using independent hydraulic motor for ink rollers, plate cylinders, guide rollers...etc) are with "dynamic balance checking".
6. All the rollers (including anilox rollers, steel rollers, plate cylinders, guide rollers...etc) are with "dynamic balance checking".
7. All the anilox rollers are "ceramic anilox rollers 350 LPI" to achieve best printing performance.
8. All the driving gears are treated with grinding & polishing.
9. Using nozzle type dryers between each printing section and multi - slot nozzle type final drying tunnel to achieve the best result on drying during high speed operation.
10. Heat drying system with automatic temperature controllers (3 steps setting of temperature).
11. Cast iron double unwinding section with Japan made "mitsubishi" brand automatic tension controller & powder brake system.
12. Cast iron double rewinding system with Japan made "mitsubishi" brand automatic tension controller & D.C. motor controller system.
13. Equipped with hydraulic type edge position controller (EPC).
14. Equipped with automatic film exhaustion scanners, so if the film roll runs out, the machine will stop automatically.
