Valve seat Re-Boring Machine is an extremely reliable machine, designing to repair various types of engines valve seats ring. Adopted rectangular guideway with high rigidity. Machine head can be moved up and down automatically with easy adjustment and simple operation. Equipped a guide shaft with corresponding size, the boring machine can repair the valve seats ring with diameter 20-90mm and working conical angle 30, 45, or 60 degrees.
Moreover, the air-floating worktable clamps the workpiece so it can move freely. The high precision universal boring bar is attached to ball joint which enables it to be used with inclinations in any direction. Movement is transmitted by a motor which operates with constant torque. These combined movements enable the boring machine to control the real axis of the valve guide and enable the boring is carried out with absolute precision.
