Up Cage

It is the first rear derailleur with a horizontal cage. The principle is to place the cage higher up and more horizontally as possible. It permits to reduce the length of the chain by 10 to 15%, and to have better performance, less risks of shocks since it is places higher up. It minimises risk of the chain's entanglement. The up cage brings more precise and quicker change in gears. Please note that to obtain the best of up cage, it is strongly reconmmended to use it with the synchro shift.
